My goal is to continue in my career of working for world renowned hospitality organizations in food & beverage, further establishing and enhancing standards, increasing quality, productivity and ultimately guest satisfaction.

Strong management style is hands on, results orientated, innovative, a constant focus on high food quality / presentation and maintaining costs. I am highly personable, with strong people skills and talents in training and relationship building.

I have a multitude of experience in operational projects, pre-openings and openings in superior deluxe, large volume, deluxe boutique hotels, resorts and leisure operations and Michelin Restaurants.

I aim towards the highest of quality, driven by creativity as well as constantly following world trends and presentations. I am also focussed on hygiene and sanitation requirements, having implemented ISO 9001 / 2000 throughout projects.

Restauration: Créations de cartes,Menu de fêtes,organisations des cuisines ,gestions du personnels et des stocks,Mis en place du Systèm HACCP , ISO , Formations cuisine et pâtisserie,Desserts à l´assiette, glaces et sorbets, petits fours, mini pains.

Hôtellerie : Toutes les nécessités des cuisines et pâtisserie dont un hôtel puisse avoir besoin, développement et organisation du personnel et des laboratoires,pour une pré ouverture jusqu'à l'ouverture , suivie des clients.

Compétition: Préparation et entrainement individuel ou par équipe : développement des produits, organisation du travail, méthodes de travail, expériences.

Cours et démonstrations de Cuisine et pâtisserie

- Cours pratiques ou démonstrations adaptées aux besoins des entreprises ou des écoles de formation.

- Cours particulier ou en groupe.

- Cours de technologie.

- Démonstration pour salon ou foire et/ou pour tout autre évènement spécial.
